There are so many mixed messages about nutrition out there we’re not surprised people struggle to obtain or maintain their desired body shape. You can train all day long but if your eating is not on track you will not see results, you may even see negative changes such as muscle loss, fat gain and a slower metabolic rate. To combat this and simplify the process Bee Active have implemented a nutrition program to help fast-track your nutrition knowledge. It helps you create good habits that get results for life. By listening to your goals and dietary preferences, your Nutrition & Training Diary will be able to identify how many tweaks you may need to make in order to achieve your goals.

Your diary will show you how many calories and nutrients you require on a daily basis to achieve your goals, whether they are to lose, maintain or gain weight.

Improving your shopping list…
Getting your shopping list organised doesn’t need to be a chore any longer, twice a month at Concord we hold a 60 minute Supermarket Session. We’ll go through Coles with you to show you the better choices to make eating easier and cut out the common myths.

Heaps of recipes to choose from…
Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean eating boring food. You will find a mouth-watering selection of meals from around the world all carefully prepared for you so that they taste great, are quick and easy to make and, of course, they are good for you. We have a healthy eating booklet available to all clients with recipes too.

Tracking your progress…
Keeping track of your weight and measurements regularly is an important part of monitoring your progress and staying motivated. As part of your membership, we’ll check your weight and measurements regularly to ensure the changes you’re making are working.

How We Differ From Other Gyms

Our programs are flexible and are modified according to the varying needs of each client. Our approach sees clients travelling past many other varied gyms to get to us. We have clients from Lilyfield, Rozelle, Drummoyne, Five Dock, Breakfast Point & Concord. It’s the clients from Mosman, Liverpool, Windsor and Penrith that are even further away who see us due to our very convenient central location and results achieved. We work with your schedule, fitting training into your time table because sessions are held from early morning until late nights. Saturday morning sessions are very popular among busy executives or parents. Doing work outs becomes a family activity too with the creche, without worrying the little ones training becomes easier.
