For most people the idea of running a marathon seems like something beyond their capabilities.

Often our clients built up to 5km, then a 7km Bay Run but after completing a couple of fun runs the half marathon seems daunting but the next logical step.

In taking you up to being Fit to Finish the 21.1km we need to focus on many facets of your fitness, speed, endurance and flexibility key as is the right mindset.
