If you’re looking for a Bootcamp in, or around, Concord, Sydney that challenges you, yet understands that everyone starts at a different fitness level Bee Active is for you.
We assess you prior to your first training session because you may have past injuries or special needs that require extra attention. It also helps us to gauge your ability and set some realistic goals with you.
If you’ve tried other bootcamps and found you were just a number or lost in the crowd you will find your experience with Bee Active bootcamp quite different.
Outdoor training: Get yourself outside, enjoy the fresh air and get away from the office or home. Have fun and train with like-minded people striving toward similar goals.
Small groups: You’re results are important to us so our Bootcamps are smaller, this allows our trainers to monitor your technique ensuring your safety and better results.
Measureable results: We have seen fantastic increases in strength and tone. It is not uncommon for bootcamp clients to double or triple their upper body strength in just twelve weeks.
We cater for all fitness levels: Our trainers will not yell at or belittle you in your sessions because we?are here to help motivate and inspire you to new heights.
Seven bootcamp sessions are available each week because we understand your schedule can change week to week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday mornings and Monday, Wednesday, Friday evening sessions plus a Saturday session are available, allowing you to be active when it suits you.
Our Wednesday and Friday evening sessions are located in the studio in Concord, the others are in Queen Elizabeth Park unless it is raining heavy – then we’ll do them in the studio too!
